Not sure what got into me wanting to draw this heart. It’s far from my usual style. I heard this phrase “caution tape around my heart” in a song and realized that was a known feeling. Something I’ve been wearing for a long time… So I had to draw it…

The original drawing almost finished is pictured below… It was done using watercolor for the heart and Copic markers for the caution tape.

A bit of Photoshop clean-up and voila…

It turned out kind of ok, so I thought I should use this opportunity to add to my Society6 shop. Just in case someone is interested and feels a bit like wearing warning signs.
