Paris’ lovers rejoice! I have created a map of Paris which displays the iconic landmarks of the city and an itinerary to see them all.
I love Paris and I love it even more, now that I don’t live there anymore! When I go back, I see it with new eyes and renewed interest. I take the time to admire, to walk nose up and really see its beauty. And there is so much beauty to be seen! Every arrondissement of Paris has its own vibe but when you are a tourist, with a certain time constraint, you will probably focus on the areas around the Seine, to see at least the Eiffel tower, the Champs Elysées, the Louvre and Notre Dame.
To help you make the most of your time, I create a map which you can download for free on www.RoadTripsaroundtheWorld.com. The complete itinerary is also described there, with all the detours you can take, to admire additional landmarks.
The map can also be kept as a souvenir, I think it would look pretty good in a scrapbook or a travel journal.
But as a real souvenir, I also created a sort of collage with these emblematic landmarks of Paris.
Again, you can go to www.RoadTripsaroundtheWorld.com to obtain the high resolution format of the collage seen below. Print in a smaller version and it turns into a great postcard. Or print bigger and frame it! ( and do send me a picture!!)
I love Paris in the fall
I love Paris in the winter when it drizzles
I love Paris in the summer when it sizzles
Every moment of the year
I love Paris
Why oh why do I love Paris
Because my love is here….
My drawings are getting bigger and bigger! This enables me to put a lot of details and to create bigger documents in super high resolution. Below you will see a picture of Notre Dame de Paris in progress.
Because of this, I was able to propose such designs on Society6. The portrait format in Art Print is my favorite and I’m going to order one of those note books for myself!! Check them out by click here or on the image below!
As usual, I will be giving away some of the original drawings. But not yet, because I didn’t draw these landmarks just for this map. Something else is coming, although it takes me much longer to finish than I thought…
Subscribe to RTatW (www.RoadTripsaroundtheWorld.com) and you will get a chance to win on of these original drawings when they are made available.
Hope you like those!
These are stunning! I recently started adding hand-drawn maps to some of our posts, it’s great to see how they turn out when made by someone that knows how to draw 🙂 -Verne

Don’t despair!
Notre Dame took me 5 hours to draw… and I had to redo it because I made a mistake with the number of flying buttresses! Drawing is time consuming to say the least!
